Hi All! ^_^ Well I made this wallie some weeks ago but I can't submit it till now! XD
Ish my FMA wallie version for all of you! I found the scan here in MT...don't remember who posted it sorry :( I had
to clean it a lot and color it more cos it had very light colors hehe XP
Ummm for the Chinese Buildings I found them on the net but I had to Re-Draw them cos they were very
"realistic" a photo! and they wouldn't fit in the BG.
The rest I made with Brushes and effects ;)

The perspective is really strange in this image. The view of the character is one that is almost directly below, yet the background buildings have a straight-on view. This makes the fence Ed is standing on feel like it's dangerously tilted downward and he's about to slide off. Additionally, there is a small portion of the very bottom of the fence and chain that is cut off, either redrawing that small portion or moving the image so that it's naturally cut off by the edge of the wallpaper can fix that. The character art has a spotty, dirty look to it, but the rest of the image is fairly smooth, making him stand out a bit much; either cleaning up the scan or adding the same level of noise and dirt to the background will do a lot to meld the two parts together. There seems to be some strange cutoff in the swirls around the moon; a soft eraser can easily fix that. Finally, you should have some variation in your star field - clusters of stars and sky, and variation in the star sizes, and perhaps lessen the glow a little or vary the glow - some stars will glow more than others. They look too flat and orderly as it is now, although you did incorporate the fact that star density is higher towards the zenith and lower towards the horizon - good job, not everyone recognizes that! Also make sure you don't have stars in front of your moon ;)

The buildings fit well with the rest of the wall so you did well in that respect. The rest of the wall is also very well done.

The building is cool, but a bit too contrasted perhaps?
My fav part from this has to be the awesome color in the sky and the clearing sky.
