Yup!! Very nice clouds!! Very nice indeed!! And the scan is really good too!! Maybe the chair/bench looks a bit weird? Maybe its just me though.. And i think the tree is ok too! Conclusion...Good job!! Glad to see your new wallpaper so soon!! ^^

nice concept once again samanosuke~
I do have a few comments though.
one is I think the character. its a bit low on quality and a bit too bright. I suggest you make a wallpaper in a smaller reso (1280x1024/960) if the scan's quality aint good enough for a 1600x1200. no one gonna kill ya for making a smaller reso wallpaper for the sake of da scan.
2nd is the tree. kinda weird. may need some work.
other than that, I think the wall looks great. ^_^ -
