Good to hear from you - glad you're not giving up on gfx'ish things ^^
So may I start with the comment for this nice wp of yours ..

a boy and a fairy ..
a man and a women .. all these characters seem to share a feeling of love at least
mostly it still seems that each character on this wallpaper seems more different than
his/her follower.
The lovers on the left and those on the right side, not only seem different from their
looks, but the side on the right seems as it ignores the its opposite completely -
lost in a kiss.
The left couple looks as both of them fear what lies behind that large stone plate
and probably as well what is shown on it too.
Protecting his beloved fairy the guy on the left prolly thinks about the opposites
of their love for each other as he would discover what lies behind the wall of stone
which also seems to be in motion; falling to the ground..

The right side is fairly hard to describe, yet they do look as they are one merged
form. One being part of the other and vice versa - they don't give a glimpse or
whatsoever about the things that are behind the wall.
The wall itself shows an interesting figure on it too - could be an angel or
a viewer from a dimension apart from this dreamy-seeming world.

Traumreise - which means as much as Dream-Voyage or Journey of a Dream
seems to be a title fitting into this atmosphere; created by the significant dreary
colors and the almost surreal seeming of the image in general and the way
how the scans were put together - making all of it look like a painting from earlier
times. Gorgeous.
How the characters on the left are holding on to each other, gentle and caring -
being held in their own warm blurry feeling of binding love; the lovers on the right
in their ecstasy of kissing - sharing feelings with a more intense way of meaning.

The clock which is barely, but still, visible could (in my interpretational opinion)
symbolize how time can extend a love (right side) and how it can cause a slight sort of trembling
for those who are afraid to lose what they just 'gained' (left side).

In technical ways, there's not really a flaw I could tell - I like the warm soft looks of this
wallpaper - good extraction, management of layers, typo and colors =)

Good work Asahi, please keep on improving yourself throughout time day by day as you are.

Nice wallpaper, I'am loving the colors on this, a nice yellowish color that I don't quite see used too often.

Its' beautiful and full of emotion. I love it in every way, and it's just something special~~

I like the colors a lot, yellow and green.
I just love the fonts you chose. I'm a big fan of special fonts.

Wow, Asahi! Compared to DC's Amano wallie, your Amano wallie has much more bolder colors and mimicks the painting style just as wonderful! I see you've added two lovers on the right side which enriches the artistic wallpaper! I dunno which one I like best, DC's or Asahi's? I can't decide! I love them both!

yes, you're right.. the art is really impressive... somehow abstract.. maybe because the way of colouring is different than the other "normal scans" here. You've chosen great colours, they all fit well together! it doesn't look like a real wallpaper for me, looks more like an original work from the artist Yoshitaka Amano... so, great job on the composition.. I think that when you look at a wallie and you can't say if it is really a wallpaper or an original art, then you've done a great job on that wallie.. don't know if you know what I'm trying to say..

oh you're saying it's not a rip but you can't say why it's not a fake of DernierCri, can you? aaaaw it's quite lazy just to put artworks together and i thought you're totally into super high quality. sure it looks great but i liked your older works better.
