Great concept of that sort of glowing effect. The blue matches nicely with her hair. I would just suggest that the edges of the girl be cleaner; some parts look really jagged.

the background is nice and so are the effects but you should watch more when extracting that girl

A pretty work. Looks very nice, the girl in the middle with the earth in her hands and the background, but you can see the edges of her, maybe U should try to antialyse the pic at the end

I just updated this wall. Re-extracted Sara (I know she originally looked jagged) and added more background stars, which I think make the picture look better. But for any member who has previously seen this wall before the update, I welcome any comments concerning the change.

I like how you used simple PS technqiues to make the wallpaper... in fact I think I know what you did with the background ^_^ I suggest that you duplicate the layer of the girl, and with the layer on the bottom, give it a gaussian blur or something, double click the layer and the properties box pops up. Fiddle around with the Outer Glow settings and you should get a nice glow of the girl to increase the angelic effect. Another thing that I want to add is that I'm a brush-o-maniac... you might wanna go and get some brushes just for an extra layer and lower the transparency to give it another dimension ^_^

What kuro said is right... but in addition you can addin the light force effects from the globe... so that the light of globe make the character shinier but not the lights behind character...

Overall this is your best wall for temp...

Gorgeous wallpaper... Sara looks wonderful and the background just helps to create the atmosphere. ^_^

Nice, the concept is great but here is a little constructive criticism for next time.

The extraction was a bit rushed looking. When extracting remember the colour that it is going to be up against and select the amount of feathering accordingly.

Next up is the planet thing glows and puts light onto the fingers, but that wouldn't actually happen, the fingers (the side we see) would actually be dark.

Thirdly, the lines of the planet are a perfect curve and completely undefined, it just diesn't fit in well with the rest of the edged in lines, try making the edge of the planet indiscrete, as in the light shrouds the planet's boundaries so there is no edge.
