I once saw this scan on this gallery but it dissapered from sight and I always loved it. It's so cool to see all of the as teachers and Hayate must be the school mascot lol. Thanks for posting.

Though you were not the original scanner, thanks go to you nevertheless for presenting such an excellent Fullmetal Alchemist scan for our galleries. As I liked it enough to add it to my favorites, I might as well note why I did so, even if it is after the fact.
I guess I have a soft spot for pictures of characters that place them either outside of their place in continuity or displays a side of them that we do not see in the anime and/or manga. This picture does both, displaying the characters in what seems to be a military graduation ceremony even though characters such as Ed and Black Hayate are present. And yet all of the characters are so much in cahracter. . . I love it!
And, it's the first time I've seen Riza dressed in more traditional Japanese attire, and I have to say that she does look quite good in it too!
