Here's a wallie from me.. i decided to relax and what better way to do so with a wallie ^__^X i've started too many projects that keeps getting put on hold >.< i feel so bad for it too :X

Here, i tried to make the bg a faint as possible cause i didn't want it to be too much of a sceneric wallie.. can anyone actually spot the mountains and the grass? o.o.. i've been liking brown these past few days ^___^ it gives me that elegant feeling :3 credits to madmover for the scan! :3

EDIT-i wasn't in the mood for complexity at that time, actually i wasn't feeling quite anything when i made this wallpaper..it was all rather blank inside me ^__^X the sparkles were there and i tried to make them less when it moved over to the left as in hope begining to fade slowly... cause of those wishes, you want with all your soul for it to come true and yet it doesn't.. it can seriously tear you apart.. not that i have beem through anything of this sort.. *maybe i have, only that i never really realised it* ..

sometimes simplicity looks the best. The one thing thats bothering me is the dabs of brushes encircling Alvis. -___-' the goat is so cute. n_n

  9. Frosty Mar 31, 2005

This is a really good Alvis wall. I love the scan of her you used. It blends so well with the background. Excellent. I love the border that you did. And the dark "hills" in the back look good. Great work!

hm good work, I can't say I'd do better, because I wouldn't.. XD but it's very good!

It's a great one indeed... it's been a log time since I comented on a wall like that, because I never end up in these kinds of wall, I like the more colored ones, but this is great! I jut do't have many words to describe, but it makes me fell sad sometimes, but the glowing parts show me some kind of "hope" because of the title....

    I guess I drifted too much : P

    Well, have a nice weekend!

This wall is a little creepy only because it reminds me of those old photos. The ones that are ages but still look as if the people could come out and grab you. *shivers*

The vertical motion blur you applied is what give it that nice antique feeling. Very simple thing to do but also very effective. It looks as if you might have added a texture to the girl as well. The one thing that bugs me is the white text. It's a little too boring. Try a super light version of the BG color and maybe changing the layer mode. Overlay....maybe multiply. See how it looks. :D
