Nice. I'm a sucker for good Gunslinger Girl wallpapers. I like the simple use of the plain black on the left side (where I have all my icons anyway), it makes the existing colors stand out more. Some of the wallpapers I've seen lately seem to be too busy with designs and patterns. It's nice to have a simpler background once in a while.

Ok, I have to admit that this is not a heavy layered work, but I spent a few hours cleaning, color correcting, and re-touching the original scan. When I saw this image it reminded me about the lonely life of the girls in the seires. So here it is... Total Layers 4, made in Photoshop 7 about 6 months ago (Yeah I'm lazy ulploading stuff)

I don't know how good it is to have a wallpaper that makes me sad, but I'm getting this one any way and I'll just switch to my cute Osaka wallpaper when I need cheering up. Great work.
