Lalalala~ This wallaper was really fun to make. Everything here was 100% brushed by my favorite brush. Yes yes, there are a lot of flaws. The stone fence really scare me. I didn't really want to make the skies too flashy like adding a planet or meteor showers. Its just a calm happy day-plain and simple.

Ahh I think you have chosen the right thing by not making it too complicated, and by not doing every sky with a star scape or planet scene etc. I think this wallpaper is made a lot more kawaii by just having it as a nice sunny day, so don't worry about it!
The extraction of the girl is great, and looks good with the scene you have put here in. The rock she is sitting on is a nice touch, and you have used the right pale greys to really emphasize the texture of the rock. The brush you like using seems to blur/blend a lot, and so there isn't much detail in the background, and maybe as a suggestion (even though you probably know it, it could do with a little more detail to put this to perfection)
Good use of bright summery colours, and looks really nice with the different broken up layers with the fence, and the grass, and the sky. I also think the light lines in the sky are a nice effect for this wallpaper.
