Nice work minako-chan! ^^ you may be a vector aritst but you sure are talented to draw too!! I like your idea, it is very original :) I like how those cables are attached to her neck and it is also very interesting the way you combined the two eras, the past with her dress and the future with USB attachements ^^ Also, her hair and the lines are very well defined. You did a very good job and I wish you the best of luck in the contest ;)

this will be my first drawing original submittion I have posted.....since I am a vector artists, I vector, I do not draw ^^; and I vector better than drawimg.... ^^;
this is li-chan....I don´t like virtual characters to just be "human characters" if they were given a purpose (to leech, of course ^^ ) so, she´s a cyborg, I guess...
I picked a "semi-edo era" theme for my drawings (I ´still don´t know if i´ll post them all ^^; ) because, if there was going to be a virtual MiniTokyo....then it should be like a virtual MiniTokyo...combining japanesse themes with futuristics themes (I make it sound like ghot in the shell....this is too inocent to be GITS ^^; )
...and so, I made her a cyborg, with USB attachments to her body.....to leech.... ^^
i´ll write the rest of her data here..... need to study now ^^;

Hey there ^^ well so you have finally finish it... it's fine, but I want to make a couple of comments (I bet I'm going to be hit tomorrow -_-'...)
i like the ending, the lines are very well draw (did you vector it or something?)
Also, the dress and the hair are quite original, I like them a lot.
That is what I like of it, but, I really think that the eyes looks kind of weird.
Besides, as I had told you, I think it would be better if you had draw a network jack instead of the USB one... but it's just my oppinion and since Pegassuss and CoolBlueX seen to like it I think it's ok.Really nice job Minako-chan, I think you should make some more doujinshi along with your vector :D

XD Also, I love how the doujin is inked, makes it look like a cel drawing and also shows incredible depth! The character design is very interesting, although her face looks kinda wierd! The proportions agree not yet entirely. The eyes and the hands. But the idea is original and around honest to its were that originally also my problem areas. With something, practice becomes that yet -

I never really thought the leecher look so nice and innocent before but she's really adorable. Her outfit is really nice and the USB ports are really original ideas. I haven't seen that used before. Nice work on the lineart.
