That's my own creation [pen+paper+photoshop].
It's dedicated 2 Beksinski, actually that's Tribute 2 Beksinski who died :( I loved his works...
"These Filthy Hands" it's a title of Mushroomhead's song.

Well, Beksinski wasn't my favourite artist (I prefer Siudmak's art), but he definitely was an artistic personality. And the drawing has something intriguing in it. Great work.
