Good job, bel! I think black, white , or greyish wallpapers are very hard to pull off but this is very nice work. Your wallpaper skills are really improving. You did a good job with the storm, the scan looks great, and can i just say its so nice to Kasumi portayed as a strong fighter for once as opposed to a pin up girl. Keep it up! ^_^

Well, just finished this one.. lets see what you think ^_^
um, took one of my favourite Kasumi scans, originally here:
http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/82251/
umm.. many layers, the background is an edited version of the CO national monument that I took- i live under it ^_^ ummm... i wanted to make a storm like feel- i hope i've accomplished this ^_^ i put some lightning, and tried making water droplets...

Hey belmikry! First wall after your previous marathon, ne? Lol
Looks odd in the thumbnail but the full version has so much detail to it! I think you definitedly accomplished that storm atmosphere with the splotched sky, clouds, fog, lighting bolts and my favourite, those raindrops. The CO national monument? Wow, I never would have guessed that o.O The only think I don't like about it the lower part of the scan (>.>) Besides that, it's a great wall bel-san, and quite evident you've put a lot of work into it. Nice job (^^)b

Awesome, the greys are very nice, they definitely work well with it overall, especially the stormy look you were going for. Great work once again! ^^
-
well nice attempt.
The monochromatic color is awesome .
The mood and the whole concept looks nice.
I think u got the thundery mood in ti.
Overall awesome work bel keep it up -
It's really hard to make a good monochromatic wallie so it's great you made it. I admire the amount of details you incorporated into the background it definately looks like a storm, but to me a bit like a blizzard or a snowstorm, due to all the white/gray noise in the background. I guess she must be really cold in that outfit XD. The image is nicely blended with the bg. And if that's a CGed photo then you really live in a beautiful place. And wahooo! It's in big resolution this time - thank you. Great job Bel-san.

Again a monochromatic wall by belly n.n,and another nice one i have to say,the thunders, the clouds, the edit of the original pic,all look great together, maybe just the water drops seems a little odd for me n.nU.
Nice wally from bel-chan

No offense: more grey
But this one like the others it inspires emotion
this one in particular makes me think of "The Warriors Spirt" -
Bel-san! You made another wallie!
But Bunny here wants you to make one of a guy, that would be beyound even rocking my socks....lol
Anyway,
wowies, great wallpaper here. GIves off a feel that is really great. The whole grey feel gives a mellow feel.
I like the lightning XD its your style ^_~
Great work as always, just make one with a guy next time! Pleaseze?? Naw, you dont have to...Anyway, great job! -
hey bel-san. lookie here, more greyscale wallies from you. XD
looks pretty nice. ^^ got a nice ring to it. ^^
nice concept good work as always. ^^ -
Ah like an old samurai movie, black and white, very classic feel to this wallie. I like it, you make just bright enough for us to see the detail of the wallie. very nice job bel-san. :)
-
loll, i see Iyasis didn't like the lower part of the scan XD well, it's still a nice choice, i love the atmosphere created by the gray colour... it's a classic... and the details in the bg are really cool... flashes of lightning, raindrops... really nice... Awesome job Bel!! Keep it up!

its beautiful work again. keep it up!

This wall is so cool. I love the feel, and I also love how it looks like it came from olden times. The scan you used is perfect, and the background and "mist" you did is nothing but awesome. Great work Bel-San!
-
Nice lighting (and lightning lol) effects. ;) I was thinking FFX's Thunder Plains for some reason... anyway, I love the new wall.
-
Hmm... This is quite nice bel-san.
Only wish you could of changed the color of her ^^
so she can stand out, its like shes ready to attack someone out of the mist of some sort.
The bg it self is pretty unique, the quality of the scan looks pretty low.
you could of copyed the layer, then Noise>Median>5>soft light/overlay.
that would definitly improve the scan looks.
Great effort to.

This is pretty deep stuff. I like the color scheme. Gives it a sort of dark and empty feel to it. Nice extraction and the bg is really nice. I like the scattered thunder and the apocalyptic atmosphere. Very nice~
-
Huh? Black and white? Ah well, at least ya were trying something new... that's good.
Anyways, nice approach. But... yeah, more gray is good for the clouds. Also, the water-droplets don't go that well with the rest of the wall, but that's just what I think. I mean, it looks like an old photo with actual raindrops on the surface.
Ah, but don't let that bring you down; it's a very well-worked wall. The lightning looks cool and the overall outcome is nice. Keep it up!
-
That is very well done, the black and white is awesome! Very good, keep it up.
