this is for the doujinshi contest. i tried coloring the hair green but it looked really ugly so i changed it to blue and then orange but the ended up being yellow. the shirt reminds me of DBZ. did it pretty quickly. i tried another way of coloring too with the paint brush instead of filling it in. didn't outline and didn't highlight. i like the tornado. now i need to get off the computer and do my english homework.

I decided to comment on this one as I think the coloured one looks excellent and MT is too slow to comment on the other one aswell ^^; .
Love the colours and the design, really cool.

After almost two years, I finally got the chance to comment on your entry for the contest, serendipity. This has been way looong overdue... Thanks so much for your entries, and I hope you're doing well offline!

As for a not-so-well-thought-out caption-comment for your artwork:

MT Leecher, what exactly are you leeching? Artwork of others, or your own life?

... since seeing your submission, the character seems to be sucking not scans, walls or other artwork into his computer, but paper, pencils and a clock, probably symbolizing the doujinshi/art he is doing offline and time itself? So, does this mean that the "MT Leecher" is in fact sucking/wasting away his life on his computer, spending too much time on the internet?

Anyway, thanks for making me think, and thanks so much for supporting doujinshi and speaking your dreams. Support what? You know what!

    P.S.
I read and heard someplace here that making vectored artwork out of doujinshi/handrawn artwork is hard... how hard is it? I hope you can spare me some time with a little lesson on it. Thanks again!
