I think that white piece by the lower handcuff is just coincidentally by a white part of the background, at least, that's the way I see it. This is done all by scratch? What part was rendered? Anyway, it's a great wallpaper, good job!

Ryomou is realy cool, at least shes the only one in ikkitousen with something like character development...she has also the coolest fights, remembers me a litle bit on vegeta...to weak but always a trump to play...and the wallpaper is great like the artwork too...but you could try a blue version of the BG?
