This is an older lookin version of him... I only have a vague idea of who he is. He upholds justice, loves picking fights, likes using weird weapons like a plank with nails in it, isn't perfect (won't always win), likes smoking bent cigs, I dunno what else.. if he seems like another character then I'm sorry cuz I haven't really read much manga or watched a lot of anime in my lifetime.
