This wallpaper was done by me. I made it a long time ago, and I fail to remember when. X/1999 is one of my favorite anime/manga still but doesn't rank high any longer because of the plain decrease of enthusiasim (Did I spell that correctly?). I really tried to make this good with just plain filters.
