While I haven't submitted, nay, made any wallpapers I don't feel I have the right to critique this wallie, but the flow from the images just doesn't seem to work well. I'm wondering if it might have worked better on the bottom half to have swapped the positions of these images. Of course that would probably mean you'd want to change the position of the top ones too, possibly flipping them so left is right. I also wonder if varying the size of the screen captures would have helped. Also, it's kind of ordinary to have the middle be where you place the character.
Oh, and who is the character. Sort of looks like Cagalli, but I've seen images to know this isn't her.
Well, I suppose you used fan uploaded videos of Gundam Seed Destiny, because Bandai (and Geneon/Pioneer) typically are the best DVDs for screen capturing (very good quality). How do I know. Sadly, I take hundreds of screen captures from my favorite moments in Anime DVDs... At least you didn't have to worry about the TV Interleave formate DVDs are in.
Sorry not trying to be critical... just some suggestions on how to make this better.

I love the idea. ^.^ There aren't many Stellar wallies so it's pretty cool. I think the better setup would have been to create a sort of film reels for the screencaps. They could be borders and Stellar can stand to the side and you can have a closeup of Stellar or some thing related as the bg. Just an idea. ^_^' But I really like the thought behind this.
