He's much more serious and evil looking than his deceased predecessor, Murata Azrael. He's the leader of the Logos benefactors of the Earth Alliance's Blue Cosmos rulers. Its possible that he might pilot the rgx-00 Testament Gundam against Kira and Shinn at the end of the series. He's not only a Natural, but he is also a "Dark Lord". His Logos organization is similar to Palpatine/Darth Sidious's Sith Order of the Star Wars prequel films.
