What would you do to avenge your love?
I tought I had to jump in and make a Prince of Persia wall, since there is only a couple more and that is the category I submitted my first scan in /look here: http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/90309/
I love the dark, angry look of the artworks for the game and altough the original scan was much lighter and blue-ish, I had to go for the grainy, not so colorful theme. I got the original logo at the official game website /as part of the downloadable fan kit/. I used a stock image of a fire to give it some stronger highlights.
Enjoy and reflect...

XD I'm beginning to see a trend of Prince Of Persia wallies here on MT! ^_^' I like the expression of the Prince's face, and the grungy scenery looks real edgy and dirty at the same time! :) Kind of like an ancient ruins vibe imo! Man, DC! Your waliie is making me wanna play PoP so bad! T_T O well, great job on your new wallie! ;)

grrr. i'm mad. really good wall paper. it really exudes that darkness and anger of revenge. honestly. i really would rather tell you this in person, because recently i feel that typing what i feel or what i am thinking when i look at a piece isn't convincing. i really do like this. there is alot of atmosphere here. with the color scheme i mean. oh well. the light behind the character i feel is the most expressive. thanks for posting.

Prince of Persia is the kinda of game I will forever suck at but I did enjou watching my brother play with it :P
Anyway, love this wallpapaer alot. I don't know why, but the color and effects that you chose for the image makes the word gladiator pop in my mind. This wallpaper has a real warrior aura emanting from it, good work indeed.

Great work friend - as usual. You have that special skill of turning every image into a dark masterpiece. I agree with Electrastar - it has a Gladiator-feel to it, probably because of colors, i guess all those browns bring a dirt of an arena to mind. This wallie looks so... full of rage. Thank you for your work.

and also! Try to make THE prince, scary lookin.
Like adding some effects on his face and eyes.
That would extremely stand out.

The whole atmosphere really works well with the character although imo I feel that the rubble or whatever it is that's in front of him makes him look kinda odd, can't quite pinpoint what it is though :|

hmm yes yes a very sweet wallie! The thing here is that ... well i just dont like game-walls. Yes the wall itself is very good, but i just dont tend to fav game-walls... inestead of unknown or other walls. :P

Game wallpapers are really not my thing - the characters are sort of cubical in shape. But what I do like about this wallpaper is the wild look in the man's eyes.
