I like the bit at the top and bottom as it kinda frames it. Nice background used there and obviously, it's got the man himself in it :) .

Yeah, looks nice, and that is nice color you choose for the sharingan. Orange works will with top and bottom.

This is a nice wallpaper and very original too.
Kakashi's lookin real bad-ass.
My only complaint seems to be what everyone else is liking which is your choice of using orange...i dunno, it just doesn't seem right to me.
But overall, this is a great wp. -
