Hyuga Hinata. There might be some places that looked like their smudged (well, they are) and thats because what I did to make her pants and hair somewhat shiny, I would color them in (with blue for this example) then go over the blue with this kinda paintbrush/marker and then wipe it down to give that effect. But then my hand would get dirty and so would some places... Anyways, hope you enjoy. This one's for you Drak!
