This was suppose to be our one on one battle between Me and Shadowdude but i kinda chickened out due to some problems in my computer system... I have the desktop Virus making me a blind man making art whho cant see the finished product made by the artist himself so im pretty much bummed out that i cant even see my own desktop but at least i got 18% of RAM in my comp which came back so thats something good! But i will be sticking around for another while till somethings happens.

Kudos to Shadowdud for giving me the Crowmaster...One of the badguys in Prince of Persia - Warrior within... It was easy to extract the image but found it more harder nowadays to make a decent bg...so i experimented with some overlaying colors, gaussian and grunge style brushes to make the color effect dark but at the same time showing the lighter qualities of the wall. Nothing much to say really but there was a lot of fast motion work i did here and its 63 layers and 3 hours of work which is pretty quick so get over it Ray! XD

Personal intent:

Im really having a hard time coping with this girl i like, Shes one of Shelley's friends and im starting to see her whenever i close my eyes...I dont know why i like the most simplest of girls, even though what i see in her eeyes is somewhat almost like the beautiful universe i cant seem to get it off my mind! I realy have regrets from the past and now it has entered my present....Ever get that feeling that when your with someone or close to someone you know of the opposite sex that they almost have the perfect characteristics but dont seem to come along the lines of your "Perfect love" just pieces of her are part of that triangle...? I get that a lot from the dozen of gurly friends i have and its starting to bug me...Call me stupid or somewhat obsessive but i try to choose the ones i love, protect, be friends with or hate VERY seriously in a strict basis. Maybe thats why i take so long to pop the question, or just too much of a nice guy (well pervertedly funny in a sense... XD ) But is that bad when girls learn about some of us boys? Do you think its weak, smart or somewhat of a foolish way to find love? Maybe i should get over it and stop thinking of her anymore and just let love come to you from a thousand miles away... -_-

Does love truly triumph in the end or does death take over first...? >_>

    I think it depends how luck you are, whether love or death come first. x_x How lucky, or how badly fated, perhaps. Don't chew yourself out about anything. XP If you've come from regrets, do what is best for yourself and make sure you don't have any more. If you think you love her, then find out for sure and act quickly, okay? XD Something like that anyway.

    Damn, that's a cool wall. x_x I was a bit concerned at first, since I don't think "Descrepant" is a word. XD But since you haven't used that within the wall itself, it's okay. I really like the green and orange splashes of colour on the wall's right side. But on the other hand, it makes the left look monotone. Maybe try adding a bit of matching colour (especially around the title?) to balance things out a bit. :) I think it would also help to camoflague the figure even more. XD Hehehe~ anyways! Top job, to both you and Sha'dude.

    I love the heavily grungy look of this wallpaper. It's very dark and at first I thought it was too dark, but on closer inspection, I do think it works well. Some of the colours in there make it a lot less dark and i think the character stands out just enough. Me likey ^__^ .

    Lots of overlaying indeed, but I do not see it... Only on his "cloak" (which I don't know what to call it... a dress perhaps?) Overlaying goes with the character and the brush is... nice. XD I just do not think the background goes with it though. Maybe, it does, brush it all but not all the sides.... Don't mind me! I have no brushing experience whatsoever.... only on grass.... and the sky.... and the leaves.... and.... @_@

    Obsessive and me, of course being a girl, thinks ye stupid but in a good way. Girls that give themselves away would call it stupid and would want you to ask the question but isn't it better just to wait? First become friends than... well you know the rest. XD

    Y'know, I'm kinda picky when it comes to finding the right girl, also! ^_^' Like you OA, I try to search for the one who has the same characteristics as me, but no luck whatsoever! But hey I have some bad luck with girls and I kinda gave up on searching, so I'm waiting till true love smacks me right in the face! XD Overall, through my experience I think waiting for true love is the idea way, altough throuh your experience, OA, it wouldn't hurt to ask the girl and tell her how you really feel about her! :)

    Back to the review! XD I see this is kind of a retaliation to Shadowdude's PoP wallie, ne? ^_^' Ah, Crowmaster looks great and the BG you designed really lifts his personality quite well! Your grunge designs are at it's best so far, but I still say it's a dead heat between you and Shadowdude! :D Although, it seems like the Crowmaster likes to play hide-and-seek 'cause it's kinda hard to see him with all the blending! Still, it's a must fav! XD

    to see the chara on so dark bg but over all looks quite good ^^ I don't have an idea how to make good grunge wallie but this one looks great - just work more on your technique ^_^'

    Mmmm,first of all,sorry to hear about the problems on youre computer.

    I like the brush work very dark but you can see the difference between colors and all fit together with the scan,making this look better,with walls like this i wanna learned more about grunge ^^U.

    Wow, another one of your spectacular wallies OracleAngel! This one is rather interesting; the character and the background mix rather well. I like how it's done; the character is rather integrated into the background and at first, I wasn't able to pick the character out because he was hidden! >.< The typeset is nice too! It's rather artistic and the words play well into the background.

    I love it! A definite favorite for me! Nice work! :)

    I think you're thinking about the girl/love/death too much... over-analyzing things. If you like the girl, go for it. If something is holding you back, such as past regrets or worries about the future, either let those go or move on from the girl. You're young, aren't you? Love and death with come in time... but worrying about when and/or how, you might miss out on a few things --- like falling in love with the right person. And as for the past regrets, they have no place in your present. Just learn from them, move on, and make sure that you live today so that tomorrow you won't have any regrets.

    And there is nothing wrong with being a nice guy (even in a pervertedly-funny way)! ;)

    Sorry if I completely misinterpreted what you were saying... maybe I should just shut up now. XP

    On to the wall! At first, I have to admit I wasn't too crazy about the background. But the more I looked (stared... >_>), the more I began to like it. I've never seen a grunge wall like this. It really gives off that 'dirty' look. So great job! ^_^

    ya man, i ge those feelings all the time. when you are witih someone, that is one of the things you, asa couple, have to work out, because they have to manage keeping your best intersests as weel as thiers in balance. in time, everything will fall in place. great wall man, i wish i could have helped ya more on fixing it, later

    Hmm let see ^^. The full view shows much more to this wall , rather than the thumbnail preview i think.

    First of all I must say I like the textures and the overalying color u did in this wall.
    It is extremely dark for me XD, but i think it matched the scan.
    MOre on the composition perhaps, where the light and dark should be balanced out,

    Overall Nice tecnique and great performance of techniques , awesome wall
