Artist Comment

Well, this drawing was a request by a friend. He loves Record of Lodoss Wars and elves. His favorite character is Deedlit, so this was based upon her. I made a first black and white version and then scanned it to paint it but I gave up 'cause I suck with computer programmes so at the end I colored it by hand. He has the original colour version and I don't have any copies. Anyway, he liked it pretty much so I thought I could share it to see what you guys think. I hope you all like it. Comments and advice will be much appreciated! =)

    This is a great atmosphere that you have created for the elf, the perspectives are matching just nicely and of course the character is really well drawn ;) , its very detailed, her clothes, the expression. Very impressive overall :nya:

    THe scen it's reall y nice, the detaisl the perspective are really well aplied, the sahdows and others details look really great, as the flowers and the books on the upper (sorry forgot word!! ^_^' ) Just exptremely beautiful have lil details that might need some clean but as it is it's almost perfect You have great skills and are nicely shown here, so beautiful!!

    Ooo... what a nice drawing ^^ but here are some mistackes...:( her shoulders are a little too broad i think, it doesn't make them unnatural but I think that an elv girl should be mutch wee, but it's only my opinion...^^" Another thing is that the pillows should have more shadows or something because they look a little flat :/ however the drawing is really nice ^^
