anyhoo teh details
1. redid byucky from a manga image, made it look like it's not vector! awsomeness >.> and shaded it painting-ishly...right lol
2. painted the mountains at the back if ya actually see lol
3. vectored a bamboo, and shaded it to look like painting coz can't have a vector looking bamboo that would suck haha
love, blood and tears were poured into this wall lol..
kalico made me do a lot of last minute changes coz she's a pest ;---; <3s kalico
and to the others who gave ideas..but as usual i didnt listen to them =3 lol, just needed a kick to make me work XD

Omg.. no fair. ^_^' Tama said everything already, lol. XD This is a fantastic wall. I was just watching some of the random episodes of Bleach I've downloaded.. last night... and this guy was in one of the previews. x_x <-paused winamp. Stared (especially at his hair *-*). *cough* Though I still like the Quincy Archer better. XD Hehehe~<3
Maaan.. as far as I can see, this is a flawless wall. :) *pastes it straight up on her desktop* An undoubted fav. The vector is solid, and you've handled the paint-style texturing perfectly. Like Tama said, that sky... is awesome. <lol> I had to search for the mountains, but hey. XD That's fine~<3 The subtlety is great (who's gunna be keeping their eyes glued to the back when there's a guy like that in the foreground anyways? *-*). And good call when you left out the text, too. :) Makes the wall look a lot more natural.. like a scene, rather than a photo. *sighs..* Lovely to look at. Very easy on the eyes~<3

And one superb wallpaper here! I have not been all that fond of too many of the Bleach wallpapers I have seen, but this one is pure excellence, the whole texture to it is very pleasing to the eyes. It also has some very nice depth thanks to the way you did the bamboo, scan and background. You did a great job blending everything together. Instant Favorite!

WOW, the texture in the BG is what captures my attention the most. It's subtle but intersting at the same time. Not too much either where it would take away from the image. The vector of the bamboo is cool too because it has enough detail to tell it's bamboo but is stylized. The earthy colors contrast well with the simple black and white shinigami uniform. I think a detail that most would overlook would be that some branches are behind while others are in front of him. This would imply depth of space and adds a nice touch to the piece. All in all, it looks just like a painting and I'd definitely hang it on my wall! :nya:

the bamboo is nicely done but I think the bamboo leaf to the right.. near his scarf..
its too sharp and compared to the other areas..and the colour at the end of the leaf.. make it look not like of a painting =p otherwise~ its terrific~~ -

but seriously, this one is totally stunning,... the textures, and the re-draw of the character.... and especially the colors.... I am really amazed by the colors you chose... very matching, and gives the whole wall a very classical, and artistic atmosphere....
then you have those bamboos.... w00t....
overall, this is a flawless one,.... no doubt.... must be one of the best walls of Bleach that incorporates antagonist character... XD

you byakuya freak, but doesn't he look much better without his stupid hair slides or whatever these are -_- well i dun like him either ways so you can marry him... for all i care. well after the battle he was quite cool though xD anyways i love the texture and the bamboo (oh yeah i love bamboo, my latest wallpaper loves bamboo, too =P). and the colors are really great. but i dun really understand what you did to him, painted a manga scan, right? and made a vector? uhm a non-vector? ah i can see this wallpaper in featured wps already, but this time i agree and not just because i'm a bleach fanatic.

Everybody seems to be drawn with your texture, tAtE! I can see why, it looks very cool and interesting at the same time! :) The bamboo leaves shows an unique sense of style and really captures the atmosphere of both the landscape and the character! Speaking of the character, I see he fits quite nicely on the BG and blends perfectly with the soft texture! :) And I dunno if members notice this, but in the bottom right you wrote, "Byakuya, will U marry me?" ROFL XD That's so cute! I hope he accepts your proposal! ;) Overall, this wall is a sure fire winner in my book and if it doesn't enter as one of the Top Submission, then Star-kun is very sad! :(

see now you and me are going to have to fight it out for byakuya. on to other matters great wall, luv the feel to it and hwo you made it all blend in together. Luv your choice of character ( he so needs to be noticed more) and his emotion in the wall.
