I like the effect in the background and am a fan of the bordered bits at the top and bottom. Nice work :) .

I'm not good with PS in any way, I used to think I was, but then I saw you guys works... and pow I'm not good I will be making some... Hope you guys like them I'll try to change abit teh style. This one was just a fast work.

i think you are good in making wallpapers. i mean you have chosen the right colors for the background and the structure of it is also great they both suit the chara.

nice work with the background and i like your color changes for the borders. i'm not familiar with magna carta, but i really like how you had the symbols in the center - visible, but transparent and not dominating the image. great!
