This is another wall in my "bishounen invasion" set. I'd actually begun work on this a month ago, but I kind of got sidetracked (coughKinocough). However, I told myself I could not make another wall until I had finished this one. Sadly, I had the concept in mind a month ago, but the tracing was a bit ornerous (the piano keys were just the biggest pain in the rear ever) so I kept stalling. The idea came when I bought several packets of scrapbooking paper with preprinted textures - one in the set contained handwritten sheet music. This is perfect for Spiral which has various musical motifs throughout the story, and fit wonderfully with my scan from the artbook cover. Anyways, I've also been in an experimental mood, so I decided to go with all outlines and only outlines, and then vexture away. It was quite fun, although it took some time to decide how to separate Eyes and Ayumu from the background.

dun mind the *pause* this took.... i now have on a wing and a prayer as my desktop!
from the thumbnail i was gonna say that the rtexture was too strong but after fullviewing it i see that i was wrong. just sort of putting the outlines and shading all the inside the same gave it a really nice touch imo.
