Yui Ichikawa, uprising female singer / actress. She also played the voice and is the game model of the very beautiful gun-handling Silver Maiden character - Arcia, in the PS2 game Chaos Legion, while in Japan. Thanks to volrath77 for the extra information here - well appreciated. Her birthday just passed, as of February 10th. This picture is just a tribute to her.

She's so adorable~! But what really caught my eye are the folds above her eyes- I have the same thing going on with my eyes. I've always been too self conscious about it.
