comment: okie okie, i juz submitted a wallie a couple days ago but i reallie wasnt satisfied. so uhh... heres another game wallie. plus, mordin insisted dat i post this wallie asap. this is wut a call "zuri-chan style" of walling. tee hee so i dedicated this to her for i luv all of her walls (and for oracleangel for being such a super kool wall mentor. tee hee). first time ive used stock photo as well as a first 3 people wallie. btw, got the bg from google search and i juz did sum underpainting and layering to make it look like a canvas painting. making this wasnt dat hard but the extraction was truly a pain. anyhoo, comments, favieee and suggestions r all welcome.
p.s: boogie woogiee is a meanie head because he wont share any food w/ mee :(

Very nice wall. The background's colors mesh nicely with the characters, and I get a nice warm feeling from the wall in general. I have a couple of minor issues with it, but they're really just nitpicky complaints of mine. I don't particularly like the text effect; I think that the plain text (possibly with a gaussian blur over it to soften it a bit) would have worked better than the motion blurred text, especially in conjunction with the flowers at the ends of the text. The motion blur kind of pulls the focus of the text down (I like what you did with the smaller 'Fortune Cookie' text). My other complaint is that the lighting seems a little inconsistent. That is, I can't tell where the light source is, and it makes the characters in the foreground not blend in as well.
Other than those minor things, it's a great wall. :)

Love the wallpaper. Can't believe it took you only 3 days and only 15 layers. I just recently learned how to use Photoshop 7.0 and i had 50 or more layers with a week or more of work to get my image looking good. Sigh. Anyway thanks for posting this and all that pertenent info. I wish more ppl would post what they used to create their wallpapers and how long it took them. Keep up the great work.Marina

I really like the scenery of this one. The trees and the building in the background fit very well with the people. It has a really nice and comfortable feel to it. This is a great walland you used great colors to bring out this wallpaper. Everything fits together so perfectly. A really beautiful wallpaper overall. Good Work :)

great work ! i think colors on girls are colorful and bright which make this wall so cool .
although background is blur ,it have great color which match foreground .
