the background is nice. i like the evening scenery and the nightly sky
strangely, there's a sun under the moon but it all fits well and it's a good wallie :)

*scratch head* I did make a blunder there ^^; Actually I don't have a sun on the original scan, but the stars disguise itself as a sun and...well... I decided to let it live there ^^ and make a late sun, early moon scene...:D

I'm not too hot about the trees, but the star scape looks awesome :) It almost looks like the stardust is coming from his and and making stars in the sky. The moon, as you said, it a little off, but other than that really nice work. I like the wall ^__^

Well there are a tad too many sparkles and stars in my opinion. But I still like it! :D Those tree brushes just fit in perfectly, and i love the background photo a lot (I think it looks fine with the sun and moon like that ;) )

and the sunset scene means the character should be wayy darker (light source is from the back of him) ^_^'
nitpicking here...anyways... the composition is good, and the overall image quality is nice, too....
