As usual, your character extraction is excellent (including the dragon) and the background effects are nice done especially the one that looks like another dragon. :)

looks good. The background is something that you dont really see a lot of these days. But the dragon thing looks a little too strenched x_x doesn't really look right. But I love the blue theme and the scan extartion is great! Keep it up!
