After a week, here I come up with a new wall (not that it took me the whole week ^_^' ). Well I'm continuing with the
series of the female versions of the Golden Saints (Saint Seiya), now is Aquarius' turn...
I think the scan is lovely and I intended to do a frozen scenary (an abstract one, I found out through the weekend that
I'm not skilled enough to do a more realistic one). I liked the idea that there would be snow falling so I made it look
like its doing so (only for the snow I used about 8 layers) and each layer has a different set of effects so that it
looks more random, I think that came out quite nice.
By the time I thought I was finished someone told me that the composition looked to dark, sort of a grayish vibe and
that perhaps I should add up something to lighten it up a little so I came up with that strange looking glowing energy
to cheer it up a bit, although I think I prefer it without it, so tell me what you think...

as I'm able to.
Suggestions... comments... lets hear them out!

Well I had the wall on my desktop the hole afternoon and the glowing energy just drove me mad, so I listened to your
suggestions and got rid of it, instead I put the text with the tittle of the wall, I like it so much better now :D ...
hope you do to, I'd like to hear your comments ;)

Another great wallpaper from you! I like the effects you used to give that frozen look to it, but no offense, I share your opinion that it would have been a lot better without that strange yellow glow next to her. It seems out of place, too intense for that cold background. Apart from that I like it a lot, you did a great job extracting and blending the scan. My brother will love it!

The abstract BG looks like a glacier, dunno if you intended to do that! ^_^' Plus the Saint Seya scan is well-extracted and her glow fits well with the BG! Although, I think the glowing energy feels a little distracting! Mebbie I should PM you my e-mail like you said! Anyhoo, nice work on your wallie, Revan! :D

The Bg look interesting, well designed, the only minor detail that I feel it's not quite right it's that it's a lil blurry, but that's my pov!!i do like these scans and Indeed she's cute and lovely, my favorite that I have seen till now!!
I would have to use only 3 layers for the snow, maybe that's 'cause I'm just learning or maybe 'cause I'm too lazy at the end!! ^_^'+Favs. can't wait to see the others females!!

not so familiar with saint seiya.. but weren't they all male? o_O It just hit me ^_^;;
Anyway, it's quite interesting. I love the background - as usual. The cool sparkly blue contrasts very interestingly with her purple eyes and green hair. I love the way you can create this abstract 3dish backgrounds from scratch, really amazing.
