If you keep practicing, you'll get better in no time. You have lots of potential. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing more of your doujinshi. :)

Hmm..okay not bad. Let's see...hands need some work. So do the eyes... and I'd check out some tutorials, rather than giving round, shapeless faces, start adding definition, a chin, cheeks, more curves. Maybe..lower the nose some.. and the mouth should be centered. Even smirking, it's too far off to the side and a little too low on the face. The folds at the knees look almost as if the kneecaps are poking out and knobby.

I hope I don't sound too harsh, ^_^; I'm really not trying to be. I like it, I'm just trying to offer some constructive criticism so you can get better.

Very cute and nice bright colors. It's simple but it works nicely for the picture. The shadings is good. Maybe you should try different bgs instead of black. But nice work~ Keep it up~

uhmmm to many people posted here... however I'm going to give you the best advices anyone has given you yet:

    1) you drawing reveals that you did it all at once without any previous sketchs. All drawings must have previous layers that is: first draw the silouette and position of the body. Then the body nude (without the clothes on) this allows you to correct any mistakes like unproportionate body parts, etc. finally you draw the clothes and LAST of all the face features and hair. (I have a drawing posted in my custom page that shows this sequence, it's called ''summer'')
    2) for every time you use the pen you must have used at least 20 times the pencil.
3)draw narrow lines wit the pencil not pressing it to hard.
    4) use the rubber a lot.
    5) Every time you finish a layer before making corrections leave your job and go do something else (like drinking a soda) and then go back and have a fresh look. I tell you this because sometimes when you are too concentrated in your drawing you loose perception and you think that what is ok is wrong and viceversa.
    6) if you think you made a mess just erase it all and start over... erasing little parts only makes it worse...
    7) try to commit as many mistakes as you can, do not avoid them by drawing things that are easy for you. If the human figure is trouble for you the draw as many as you can.
    8) when you can't imagine or simply can't draw something like a posture, eyes or hair just copy from other artists (MT members will kill me for this one) but there isn't an artist that hasn't begun copying his colleages.
    8) don't get caught in Human proportions. if the legs and arms are too long then leave them, sometimes the character looks better in a non totally realistic vertion and it helps you to develop your own personal style. (Megumu Okada is a famous mangaka and his characters ar the tallest, big eyed, and more feminine I've ever seen, still he is great!).
    9) never, and I meen never get frustrated. most of us really stink, we just post our best drawings (the rest, the 99% of all drawings we ever made, is mere crap :D )
    10) what are you doing still reading this? go and draw some more!

ooo, I'm so late, but I'll try to help out!! What Norimune said, well, I dont draw like that, with the whole make up body first, then clothes, ect, ect. And I think that you dont have to! You just have to work on the little detail, thats what catches the audiances eye. You did a awsome job coloring, but the face needs to have more form. Some hiar also needs to look more natural. I like ths shoes XD looks cool!! Anyway, great job! Keep it up!
