:Well, this is the first time i make a wallpaper and thats y it may not seem so perfect...This is a wallpaper of Tenma Tsukamoto.. I got the pic of Tenma from a wallpaper from this japanese website http://sawachika.sakura.ne.jp/
About the clouds... I did it several times cause i wasn't satisfied with it (well maybe i compared my clouds with the pros) The birds and butterflies are done with a brush by Scully7491 ( http://scully7491.deviantart.com) and the sakura brushes from sakurakira (http://sakurakira.deviantart.com).. They've got a huge collection of lovely brushes!
Well, maybe the fonts looked a bit weird along with the title as well but i couldnt think of any title...^_^'
It was hard learning PS with only the tutorials but i'm glad that i finally made one which I'm satisfied with...Thanks so much for replying to my doubts in the forum and thank you soo much chibi`kyo who helped me with the shining effects!!
PS. Please comment on where i can do better so that next time i can make a nicer wallpaper!!:)

I really like the relaxed yet subtle effect of the light rays, it gives the picture a warm, summery feel to it. My only major suggestion would be a slightly smaller aura around the red butterfly in the bottom-left, it draws your eye away from the girl.

It looks good to me, especially since it's your first wallie. I'm kinda new to making wallpapers too, so I'm in no position to give good critique. It's a cool wp overall.

I like the fresh and warm athmosphere of this wall. Just beautiful and very cute too.
I think you did a wonderfull job...The background really catches the 'spirit' of the image... The default grass brushes from Photoshop aren't really great. Might be a new set around the net somewhere tho.
I like the butterflies, birds, text and sakura petals tho. The scan might need a bit a fixing, but it's not bad. ^ ^
