Artist Comment
Well, I have spent the last couple of days working on this during my free time. It has had around 29 layers (that you're seeing, not to mention the ones that I deleted). I have probably spent around 18 hours working on it as the extraction took forever (white background.... ugggghhhh). The walls also gave me a ton of trouble as I tried to slant the side wall, along with the grunge on it. And then adding the crown molding to the wall was another headache.... uggghhh....
Anyway, a bit about the characters. The characters are Momo (the guy) and Sumire (the girl) from a hilarious romantic comedy called "Tramps like Us." Throughout the entire story, Sumire is battling her feelings as she falls in love with Momo (don't worry, that doesn't ruin any of the story), which is how I came up with the title - Could this be love?
So, its here with Valentine's day only a week away..... Enjoy!
