Here are the main men of Final Fantasy VI-X, from left to right (for those who don't know): Locke Cole, Cloud Strife, Squall Leonheart, Zidane Tribal, and Tidus (who doesn't get a last name, sadly).
I kind of finished Zidane and Tidus after I realized how to do backgrounds... so that's why theirs are different than Cloud's.
Notice they're all blonds with blue-ish eyes. Even Squall's, whose eyes are not blue in this picture because my reference wasn't detailed enough.

Aryan is, by this definition: "One of a primitive people supposed to have lived in prehistoric times, in Central Asia, east of the Caspian Sea, and north of the Hindoo Koosh and Paropamisan Mountains, and to have been the stock from which sprang the Hindoo, Persian, Greek, Latin, Celtic, Teutonic, Slavonic, and other races; one of that ethnological division of mankind called also Indo-European or Indo-Germanic."
In more modern times, it was co-opted as a term by the Nazi party of Germany to mean the "master race" of non-Jewish Caucasians of Nordic descent.
In general, however, it refers to northern European people with blond hair and blue eyes. A couple Led Zeppelin songs use the term as well, as they were big on using Nordic references.
Square heroes fit into this category, ;perhaps, as the Aryan look is seen by some to be an ideal, or possibly typical of Europeans/Americans (which isn't necessarily true).

This is a cool concept. It looks like an album or book cover. Zidane's pic is a little odd though - the cheek is too big. I think it might loook cooler without the background oddly. Just my tastes.

These are all good charatcers, but to Cloud is the true FF warrior
I'd put the other guys against him (even all at once 8p) any day!
