Me downloaded it, and I was wondering what she was wearing but now, from viewing the thumbnail of it, I can see tis a
jacket (fur on top? o_o).

'Been awhile since I submitted a fanart of mine (me not having a scanner sorta helps that fact) but since a class of mine was cancelled today, I borrowed the school scanner....Again :P.
This started out as just a plain old sketch but looking at it I like it so much that I inked it and added the rain because this fanart depicts a particular scene in One Piece.
And yes, Tashigi is one of my favorite OP characters so expect more of her from me.
