Hmm..... well this is my submit to the latest NewWaveProject group and lol I love my own scan but the bg, ARGH!!!!! I dont noe if anyone would like this. I tried to go for a scenic bg for the cute girls i was using i guess im a bit rusty with scenic lol. Well, I got these scans from MT i don't noe who submitted this I dont even noe which anime it was, so SORRY.
First, i had this scan forever, I extracted it and left it there not knowing what to do. It was really weird having an uncomplete project , but because of this contest I wanted to see if it could work, and as you can see it didnt very welll LOL. I was going got a dreamy kinda feeling to the wall, if anyone has pointers and/or tutorials that cna help me i would love youe comments lol, I really wnat to know how to make a great looking scenic, this is what im capable at the moment, I hope you enjoy anyways ^^

nice pic, but the girl on the left is like that bunny logo on playboy (don't ask why I know this) and the other is like Mickey (or Minney, did i spell that right?) me just comparing!

Ouch. This hurts man....you lost all the stuff that i taught you about scenic walls >_> As the grass goes away from the viewer, it's supposed to be smaller and smaller....perspective in other words. You kinda did it, but only in the first or so layer of grass. The grass in the back are too large, and the colors are different from the foreground layers.
The trees, well, you know what i think :\ Personally, with this scan, i woulda made a pink-soft abstract or something like that instead of a scenic wall. And it's weird how the girl are dreamy but the clouds and the grass aren't. Hope you do better next time man :\

Wow ^^; It's such a bright and happy day in this wallpaper :D The idea is very cute ^^; Did you use a stock image for the clouds? Because they're very detailed ^^; It's not exactly sharp, but it's it's sharper than everything else in the wall. Though it's pretty, it kind of creates a contrast in the wallpaper ^^;
Overall, nice atmosphere though ^_^

The girls are a nice choice. They are very soft and fits your choice of bg well. The only problem I really have is the trees. They seem kind of distracting. But it could be just me. I love your sky and grass and you incorporated the girls well into the grass. Overall, nice work! ^_^

I love the way this wallpaper looks, but the girls seem off because of the extracting and the blur. They need to be done a little more well, sorry... But I love how the background looks.

umm yes this is a nice concept but just need a little suggestion...
* the grass the far part should be smaller than the near part... and yes it'll be better if u make ur own grass instead using photoshop brush... :)
* and yes the tree u can go to shinta-san imanimetions for tree tutorial... :)
* the clouds and te sky is nice...
