Anyway, you also used the Carnelian girl?^^;; Haha!XD She's kawaii!XD I made a wallpaper out of her too weeks ago. We have different concepts, though. Wah!!! T_T You're better at extracting!><
Nice work! The yellow comets could be orange instead. You could've placed her inside the swirls.^^;; You could also add something on her hands for a magical effect. Nice clouds! Though they need more work. You could fluff them up a bit.
Overall, a nicely done wallpaper!
