this picture i colored it in black and white using poster paint... the nose looks weird because i mix the wrong amoun of colours and i think the right eye not align with the left eye ... what do you think ..??

I think you are right about the eyes... but even if you tried to fix
them it might damage the drawing. They are quite good without respect to
allignment 
. The hair here seems like the focus, the highlights and lineart show
promise. There is a kind a "misato" fell about it, I like the beret.
