I like the aura glow around her, definately helps give off the vibe that she's some elfen creature or that she's some goddess - which definately helps.
I like the purple image - and even though I love purple to bits, maybe theres just too much for me to use it for my desktop - but thats just my personal opinion! There's a bit I'm confused about which is the green bit that is a bit - randomly in her hair? I've looked at it quite a few times over, but I'm not quite sure what it is part of or where it comes from...but maybe its just me!
Overall, I like it, its a great use of colour for the background, and the flowery border at the bottom definately gives the bottom an edge that perhaps would have looked bad had it not been there. The moon seems the correct size and proportion to the rest of the scan, and you've extracted the scan nicely :)
