This is an excellent wallpaper. Character is extracted very well. Color contrast looks right and the background is wow...it sure fits well with the character. I came upon this wall because one of my friend's put it in her favorite so I'll follow and put it in mine. Funny thing too because I'm not much of Gundam fan.

Not a fan of GS but this wallpaper seems good on first glance. Closer inspection reveals some outlines were thinned out too much in trying to isolate the characters from the original source ( look closely at Haro and Lacus's dress and hair ). It can be remedied though.
The main problem for this piece is however the bottom left where the clear cell work on the whole suddenly becomes a blur of water color painting?! I'm guessing that this is probably a portion where the original piece has some other stuff there ( words, fade out, etc ). But the style at this corner detracts from the clarity of the whole.
