Awww man....you didn't make it a grunge one ;_; Personally, i think the art goes alot better with a grunge than a pure abstract...no matter how dark the abstract is. I thought you were going to put some layers of grunge on top of the abstract, and that's kinda what i wanted to see.

But with that considered, nice work over all. The bg is nice, and the extraction and the work on the art itself to give it a darker tone is really nice. I have a issue with the text, but then agian it's one of the more difficult things to get right. Nice work...but i know you can do better =\
