Good job trying to capture the clamp art style. I like how her eyes look. You very rarely see a picture of Arashi looking sweet or emotional.
Artist Comment
Another drawing by me, only this is Arashi from X (X/1999). I have to say, I was proud of this one, took me about 2 days to draw and the hair was a PAIN to draw >.<. But in the end, I think that it was worth it. I know that there's nothing in the background, but, I couldn't draw anything back there because I felt that it would overpower the real focus, so I kept it blank. Suggestions, comments, all are welcome, I want to get better!!!

about the background, yes it was a good idea to leave it blank. My teacher would say you could draw a brighter background, then the character. But it looks good the way it is ^^.
