ok well since people be sayin they want a palm, so i made it. the palm ehhhhh not too happy but i made it quick so here and even in my opinion it looks alot better with the palm.

here ya go. naruto himself was a color-in done by me. the drawing itself was from the manga. everything else i made. i'm not totally satisfied with this so suggestions would be great on wat to add in or wat i can do to make it better. also anytips on how i can make rasengan look better. i mean i like it the way i made it but a better way would be nice x)
