Well, for a first timer you are pretty GOOD. I like the scan you used. You should've told me she has sakura petals.. I have those brushes as well..XD Anyway, the moon is nice, although it needs a glow. (I told you to put a blue outer glow...) And as for the stars.. you placed a little too much but because of the theme, it suits just fine.^^;; The girl is amazing! The angle is perfect. But.. you need to put an inner gloe..XD You didn't follow what I said..XD *kisses you anyway*
Hmm.. let's work with the font..^^;; It needs work, and I'll teach you.XD
Overall... congratulations for making your VERY first wallpaper with your Adobe PS8! *tries to steal your Adobe PS8* Hehe..^^;; I LOVE it! I didn't expect anything like this from you... It's your first time doing this yet you managed to pull through this... (plus my tutorials..XD)

the vector and sky are both pretty good, I esp like the back-lighting. I'm not too fond of the grass though, the blades are too thick and rigid (almost prickly-looking >__< ); they should be thinner and softer, and flow with the wind like how her hair and skirt is flowing...

Yea, I think the sky is a bit busy, but if you made them brighter, you could always make them fireflies or something ^^ .
