Well, there is a Japanese text underneat the character. It reads phonetically as, "Boku No Sensei wa Mahou Tsukai" which translate as "My teacher is a warlock". Hope that helps. Nice scan and thanks.

Dunno where she's from.. All I know is that somebody replied there w/Aozaki, so I assume it's her name..

somehow...this girl reminds me of the woman who gave shiki (tsukihime) his eyeglasses.
her eyes and hair color makes her look special. The whole composition is very lovely (especially the green of the leaves)
