That's a very impressive artwork; reminds me of some of the works of Nanahira Ai link.
The overall monochrome look with the red/green flower still makes this original and adds a lot of atmosphere.

Oooh ... very nice. Clean lines and shading. She looks really skinny on the waist though- but I guess it does enchance the elegence of the character. She's got all the attributes of a 'beautiful' girl- approximately 65% hip to waist ratio (yes, I do notice these things -^^-'') long neck ... gorgeous overall.

Once again your lining skill is amazing. The inking/cging/whatevering is truly beautiful in this picture. I especially love the hair. The fluidity and lightness of it makes the piece.
