Phew! I never thought I'd finish another anime wallpaper but here it is!
This one was kind of hard to make since I haven't seen DNAngel (and I even have him as my avatar, shame on me). The biggest problem was coming up with a good theme. And after some trial and error I decided for this apocalyptic style.
It may look like it but this is no ordinary "scan + filterized stock photo" wallpaper. The explosion in the background was very difficult to get right and the lightning was also a pain. The comets was added to give the piece more detail and I think that overall this is one of my best wallpapers so far.

EDIT: Due to multiple people commenting on this, I've toned down the white on the right side of the wallpaper. I know it was a little bit too much...and I think it's still too bright. But at least it looks better now. That's at least what I think. XD

The character and the background perfectly blend together as well as the colors. The comets are a nice additions since they are really well done and the explosion... I see nothing wrong with it. It's perfect! Nice typo title too. :3

Anyway ^-^; everything matches very nicely ^_^ You have an intense bg (as always XD). I even like the text. Good contrast throughout the wallpaper, too.
The only thing I can point out is that the edges of the scan are slightly jagged, so the character stands out a bit. But besides that, this wallpaper is beyond me to grade ^_^'

Very nice colour manipulation with that scan. :D I love the lighting in the wall, it's great. The only thing I'd possibly recommend is adding a 1-px normal black outer glow to Dark's figure. XP 'Cuz his outline seems a little too sharp in contrast with the blurry/chaos background. In any case! A top quality wall. :) Nice work.

Haha, making something with explosions is jut like you. The scan and background go well together and the explosion and meteors are well made. I like the mood in the pic and as always you have smoothed out the colours perfectly. One of your better works.

i really like this one a lot. it almost seems as if it should have a big story behind it. besides the wonderful detail in the background, i'd have to say what i love most about this bg are Dark's eyes. the way they reflect the flame is....beautiful to say the least. two toes up for you and another fave~ =^_^=
