    Haha~ that's adorable. XD Moreover for the fact that this is the poker-faced Tezuka. Chibi versions of him never cease to amuse me. He even looks so serious pint-sized.

    kawaii!!!!! He is soooo cute!!!!! I love it! In the manga, he is pictured as sort of a dictator, but her, he looks like a little kid! Cute!!!!

    I love Tezuka, and the more I look at this picture, the more I love him!!!!This picture is sooooooooooo cute!!! XD XD XD XD In the manga, he always having a firm sense of decorum, but at this picture, he looks like a kid!I love it!
