It's definatly the style of Disgaea, but I can say that I never saw a character like that in the game. Are you sure it's not from Phantom Brave? It looks more like it could be that style. It is beautiful looking.

Pleinair is in Disgaea. She's in the southwest corner of the room with the weapon and item shop. Though she also makes cameos in Phantom Brave, Disgaea came first :)

I just Have to say thankyou for this wallpaper (I should have done this about 2 months ago) It's one of my all time favourite wallpapers :) and has been my desktop background now for ages (and it use to change almost every day before stumbling across this one)
