Well, if your interested, I'll critique:
Shading's pretty good, but why don't you use color? I think it look pretty good in color. Also, the pose is good, I'd just recommend that you keep at it, and develope your knowlegde of physique. This can be done by drawing any real human figure you can find, and try to do everything from dinamic poses and simple poses.
It looks like you did this really fast, and that's ok, but if you spend a bit of time on the details, finding every proper curve, it shows 1000 fold. I think your at a great start, and I can't wait to see how you grow! Oh, and I don't know what your style preferances are, you may like the rigid hair style, like dragon ball z, but personally, I like the hair to be real flowing. I really like her eyes, dude, they're great! see ya!
